Brrrrr, the temperatures are dropping and Winter's nearly here. Sigh. While we seemed a bit
divided on the rain, how do your pets feel about the snow?

Did you ever play pretend when you were a kid? I don't know if it was because I was an only child, but I made up all kinds of stories and adventures in my head. So when I saw this photo of
Rocky in the window, I figured he was also playing pretend.

It's only a few more hours until my own belly is full with turkey and stuffing leftovers, and I'm doing the same thing Cheechoo is doing here — taking a nice, long catnap.
Congrats to
Cheechoo and
GirlInPink for being chosen as our Pet Pic of the Day! Don't forget to submit your favorite photos to our
Pet Pics group — you may just see your furry pals on the pages of PetSugar!

Step right up for the fight of the century — it's dog and cat wrasslin'! These two are like siblings. Plus, the cat doesn't seem to know what she wants.

I love
giraffes but even
with all the things I do know about these guys, I never gave much thought about how you'd get the world's tallest animal from point A to point B . . .

Well, it does look pretty soft! And the cat knows what she likes.

Yes, This Cat Is Ironing Clothes Meet Mrs. Moggs, star of a hysterical calendar, who seems to enjoy housework more than laying around licking her paws.

Meet Vanilla, a 5-week-old baby Dachshund pup. She's in the middle of some serious REM sleep time. I particularly like the closeup of her little face.

I know that stance — butt in the air, ears up, tongue out — it means that this pup is ready to play. Or,
Sirius could just be stuck in that position. It kinda seems like the couch is holding up his rear-end, doesn't it?

If only we all could be so lucky to have a cat like this! Meet Mrs. Moggs, star of a hysterical
calendar, who seems to enjoy housework more than laying around licking her paws.
