I Can Be TV Chef Playset Barbie ($44.90). Barbie is the star of her own cooking show, complete with a state-of-the-art kitchen and workstation. She shows that even while cooking, one should look stylish and fashionable.

I hardly remember anything about playing with Barbie dolls besides cutting their hair and then regretting it. Whether I was channeling my inner
Sally Hershberger (doubtful) or just being a destructive kid remains up for debate, but in the meantime, tell me...

If life gives you lemons it's snowing like a mofo, and your only set of wheels are from Malibu Barbie, make lemonaid entertain yourself by doing donuts like your life depends on it.

A legal battle has been waged between the makers of Barbie and Bratz dolls. Seventy four percent of lilsugar readers
said that they would allow their daughters to play with the iconic Barbie despite her impossible curves and the fact that her feet have never been planted firmly on the ground. But, there's a newer doll in town that has done its best in recent years to put the plastic blond bombshell out of business — Bratz.

Growing up, I loved playing with my endless supply of
Barbie gear. My best friend and I joined forces to throw Barbie bashes almost daily.
My parents were okay with the buxom doll and so was then President Ronald Reagan.

Iranian children must be protected from, not by, Batman and Superman. These Western superheroes, along with Barbie and Harry Potter, are alarming Iranian officials.
Iran's prosecutor general
spoke out against the fictional figures last weekend saying: “These toys, which do not respect the required norms, present dangers for the health of children and affect the survival of toy factories in this country."

I grew up playing with
Barbie dolls — I thought they were the most beautiful women I'd ever seen. But now that I'm an adult, I see why there's so much controversy surrounding her and how — when it comes to beauty and the idea of perfection — she could be viewed as a poor role model for young women.
