Hello, No We Di'int!

Jan 25 2008 - 4:00am Hello Kitty hit the market a little over 30 years ago and took the world by storm. Both young and old are charmed by the button-eyed feline. Her peeps will buy anything Kitty and are always purring for more, but when we put the Japanese sweetheart on a thong— methinks we've gone too far. I just think this whole Hello Kitty phase has gone on for way too long. She's cute and all but I remember when she and her pals came out AND played with them 30 years ago. Should be marketed to kids not adults.

The "vibrating" kitty was actually just a back massager until people started to used it for other parts of the body! but I do like the tarot cards though! And there are a lot more stupid hello kitty things to be found on hellokittyhell.com!!

I disagree; I think Hello Kitty is for all ages. The kids that used to love her so long ago are grown up now, and still love her. Why not market her in many different ways? That way she stays current and fresh for everyone. Smiling

Admittedly, though, the gun is depressingly out-of-character. She's never been a violent kitty, after all. Sad
