I am just looking for any advice I can get:I love Ivanka's haircolor,my eye and skin color is the same but my hair is mousy brown with red hints,I have had this done at salons but it turns out reddish(ugly) makes my skin look redder.I would like to do this at home if anyone has any advice.

Beyonce scores her third straight No. 1 debut on The Billboard 200 this week as the double-disc "I Am ... Sasha Fierce" (Music World/Columbia) shifts a whopping 482,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

The album, split between material credited to Beyonce and her new alter-ego Sasha Fierce, has already spawned the hits "If I Were a Boy" and "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)." Beyonce's 2003 solo debut, "Dangerously in Love," started with 317,000, while 2006's "B-Day" moved 541,000.

Alexander refuses help from his father

Alexander Skarsgård is standing on the threshold of a big Hollywood breakthrough with the new TV-series Generation Kill. But he has refused help from his famous father Stellan to get there. "To me it is very important to deserve my own successes," he says.

Alexander is 'home' in Sweden for a few weeks, but will soon be returning to Los Angeles. He has received excellent reviews for the part as the ice cold sergeant Brad "Iceman" Colbert in Generation Kill. "It's incredible exciting to me to be a part of the series, and suddenly there is an enormous interest for me as an actor."

Furthest back in the line
You could believe that Alexander had a benefit from his relationship with his Hollywood famous father Stellan Skarsgård, but Alexander points out that it is "the back of the line among two thousand others on audition".

"What people in Sweden must realize is that dad isn't a movie star over there. He has a great standing in the business, but it doesn't open any doors that I happen to be the son of a guy that in art circles is good. He has not arranged a single meeting for me or told me that I should meet this and that. I've been very firm in my decision to create my own career and make my own mistakes."

Will you become a film star diva?
"Yes, I will glide around with a feather boa around my neck and wear white fur. No, *laugh*. I have no ambitions to sit locked in a house in Bel Air with security guards, but I'm hoping to get the opportunity to hand pick the jobs I want, with something that challenges me.

Do you have any big projects in the works?
"I've met people mostly for film, so well see what comes out of it."

Do you meet many girls?
"If I'm hunted in LA? No, I'm not super famous over there. But yes. It happens that people is interested in me."
