Sorry, Time magazine, but I think GiggleSugar's a little more qualified to weigh in on the top 10 viral videos of 2007. After all, to make that list, the video had to become wildly popular on the internet as a result of its absurdity, surreality, cuteness, and/or radical grossness (all GiggleSugar specialties). We never posted a couple of the videos you see below (even GiggleSugar has some limits!) but we're not afraid to call 'em out! So what was the top viral video of 2007?
