Before Johnny Depp made pirates hot and designer John Galliano combined looks from different cultures, Adam Ant was channeling pirates, Native Americans, and cowboys all in one outfit. On top of it, he looks like he was having great fun and didn't take himself too seriously. (The ladies seemed to like him, too. I discovered while researching him that he dated—among many others, I'm sure—Jamie Lee Curtis and Heather Graham!)
