I might be completely wrong but I believe the girl first taped Daft Punk's song (which is awesome by the way : all their albums are really good if you don't know them... I know they're quite big in Europe as they are French but I'm not sure they are famous in the USA) in slow motion and danced to that version... Then the video was made faster to fit the actual song. I'm even quite sure it's that technic that was used.
