This drunk guy getting arrested has an unfortunately timed case of itchy nuts. I wouldn't know what that feels like, being mercifully unencumbered myself. The police officer arresting him should just stop trying not to laugh. Dude, just handcuff the guy to a pole, step away for like one minute, and laugh your ass off. You can't fight the giggles. Poor guy. I can sympathize. My butt cheek had a random itch today but I couldn't scratch it cause I was sitting and there were tons of my coworkers around. So, I had to discreetly wiggle in my chair. It was awful. I couldn't think of anything else.

I never tire of that video! At least the arresting Trooper didn't seem to be the type to give The Itchy One a screen test on the way back to the station!
