I'm going to give the one on the right the benefit of the doubt, I mean she probably didn't realize that her skirt was see through and falling off. However, the one on the left looks like the type that would be proud of that ensemble. And dear god, you could see that she's wearing black boots if you look close enough! >.<

In all fairness, the girl on the left has a pretty good body, too. Sure, her outfit is dead tacky, but...at least she's wearing clothes. The girl on the right is wearing NOTHING, and if she didn't know that dental floss wasn't clothing, then she's tacky and dumb.

I had to say the second, because at least the first can pull the shorts down and drop the leggings and look better (skankier, but much better). The second, slutacularistic.

It's a pretty close call. The right one is more slutty than tacky, like she's desperately trying to be sexy. On the other hand, the left one is just a horrible horrible lack of fashion sense, and she looks like she wants to look like a hipster. I say she's tackier!

Left is much more tacky, you can see the lining on her leggings! The right is just slutty with a too big skirt.

I can't possibly decide. They're both horrendous and inexcusable!
They really are both horrendous. However I feel that the girl on the right just didn't realize her skirt would be see-through and falling down, so is really just guilty of the slutty club look otherwise. The girl on the left? Well sparkly leggings/tights with metallic hotpants over and an off the shoulder shirt is simply inexcusable, even if her butt was completely covered.
You can totally tell that hand is reaching towards her shoulder so someone can tell her she's exposed herself and someone is behind her with a camera.
