Hm. I wonder if she also did the powdered milk prank. That would explain why the mattress is "airing" outside.
Basically, you pour a thin layer of baby formula over the mattress, put the sheets back on, and after a while the sweat from while you are sleeping will make the milk turn rancid, the mattress stinks, and every morning they wake up smelling bad.
